He has previously held senior roles at The Walt Disney Company Nordic, Polar Electro and Sports Tracking Technologies, working with global sports organizations including FIFA, Manchester United, and Real Madrid.
At Summa Labs, Mika focuses on building international partnerships and expanding the adoption of biomarker-driven performance analytics across elite sport, research, and high-performance environments.
