Today, we are announcing four key milestones that validate our technological approach and provide the foundation for our next phase of growth.
1. Answering the Market: Accuracy
Summa Labs is a leading science lab, and now in 2026, we are working directly with top-tier teams and organizations to bring lab-grade accuracy out of the laboratory and into the field.
The world of elite performance is demanding faster, more precise biological data, and we hear it. In biomarker analysis, accuracy is everything. We are pioneering what we believe to be the world’s first fast and accurate method for measuring free testosterone and cortisol in saliva – the biologically active hormone signals that reflect the body’s real-time physiological state.
This level of accuracy enables something new in practice: the ability to detect daily variation in hormone levels and therefore monitor the effects of individual events and interventions such as a training session, a stressful day, a recovery protocol, or a change in sleep or nutrition. This makes real-world hormone tracking far more actionable. Importantly, our approach allows both men and women to be monitored.

2. Anatomy of Winning with the Summa Biodata Bank
We have our own collected biodata bank combining serial free hormones, timestamps, and context data to power our analytical capabilities.
It has long been known in sports and behavioral science that testosterone, cortisol, and their ratio (T/C) are closely linked to performance, recovery states, game-day readiness, and even competitive outcomes. In our growing dataset and early pilot programs, we are already beginning to see these dynamics emerge in real-world settings.
By combining biological signals with time and context, the Summa Biodata Bank allows us to move beyond basic testing and start mapping the biological patterns behind performance itself. We call this the Anatomy of Winning.
3. Financial Backbone to Scale
To execute our vision at scale, Summa Labs has secured a strong financial backbone, including a $10M credit line from our lead investor Big Bets, who has been with us since day zero. In parallel, we are working to secure additional capital as we expand operations, with the objective of building a broader financing package of up to $20M to accelerate growth.

4. Strategic M&A and Biomensio IP Ownership
We have executed a major M&A move by acquiring the key biotech assets and IP of Biomensio. After years of development and millions of euros invested by Biomensio, Summa Labs is now the owner of their tech.
This acquisition provides Summa Labs with an end-to-end IP portfolio, developed over more than a decade and representing a relatively mature technology stack. These form the basis for the development of wide multi-marker panels, expanding the scope of biological insights that can be delivered through the Summa platform.
Combined with Summa’s own technology, this acquisition gives us a formidable portfolio totaling 50 patents, creating a highly defensible IP moat that solidifies our global leadership in bio-optimization.
